I am researching the surnames LABAT & LANIUS.  I am especially interested in a Mathew H. LABAT that married Laura LANIUS.  Laura died 9- 9-1906 and Mathew may have married  again to Allie Mae JOHNSON.  Would like to know his date of death, last know residence, cemetery, etc. Also researching the surname WILLIAMS.  I am interested in a Marion WILLIAMS who died 3-31-1917. Any help anyone may have would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for the Oscar GASPARD & Mary AYMOND family.  They were born about the 1900 's. Last child born was Ronnie Robert GASPARD, born 1932-died 1977, buried At Sallier Cem, Lake Charles, LA. Oscar GASPARD died about 1937- heard from a gunshot wound.  Can you help? Need Oscar & Mary' parents.

Looking for the parents of John J HUNT and Nancey Elizabeth THOMPSON HUNT. They are ciated in Cotile area in 1880 US Census of Rapides Parish. The family moved to Vernon Parish by 1900. Nancey's father was William THOMPSON (also known as Dempsey) and was born in LA. John J. Hunt was born in MS about 1854. He had a sister Betty HUNT STEWART, but don't know husbands's name.

Looking for information on great grandfather Joseph Elbert GILES.  Born in Louisiana possibly in Rapides Parish circa 1866.  His parents were Susan Caroline TURNER born March 8, 1836 and think his father's first name was William.  Two of his siblings were William GILES and Sarah Paralee GILES ROE. Joseph E. GILES married twice.  His second wife was  Erora Ann ROE GILES. Any information would be appreciated.

JACOB / JACOBS, Walter  Seeking information about this family that lived around Chennyville, La. circa 1920.  Husband was Walter J. JACOB and wife was Margaret Viola BARROW.  They also lived in Sabine Parish and Natchitoches Parish.  Children were Jewell E. (1882-?), Walter Z. (1883- ?), Mattie E. (1886-?), Tandy Edison (1887-?), Hattie (1888-?), Ola (1890-?), and Aural (1892-?).  Walter Z. and Tandy E. had a partnership called the Jacobs Brothers.  Ola married ? MCNUTT and lived in Shreveport.  Tandy E. lived in Campti and perhaps Bastrop.  Thanks for the help!

I am trying to locate information about Alexander L. HALL who is listed on the 1840 Rapides census.  I need information about the death of his wife in January, 1832.  She died giving birth to their son, Alexander HALL, Jr. who was born January 3, 1832.  Any information about these records would be greatly appreciated.

I am searching for the children of Louis THOMASSEE and Marie Cedalise RACHAL, they were married in 1818 in Natchitoches Parish, I know on of his children is Belisaire THOMASSEE that moved to the Baton Rouge area he married Uranie GRAVOIS.
